Days 01 :
Arrive at Tribhuwan
international airport,
Kathmandu, you are welcomed
by the hospitable meeting
and then you will be
transferred to your hotel.
Short briefing will be
followed about necessary
formalities and rest of the
program. Depending on
arrival time you will have
choice of visiting nearby
sanctuaries or have a rest
day.
Days 02 : After breakfast we
drive to Swoyambhunatha
stupa has it that Manjushree,
found of Kathmandu valley,
and discovered the lotus of
ancient valley lake on which
site the great stupa of
swoyambhunath was later
built. The omni sighted
stare of Buddha greets
visitors & residents a like
compassion. This is one of
the oldest Buddhist stupa in
the world, which has been
registered in UNICEOO
heritage side. We then visit
to Kathmandu Durbar Square.

situated the center of
Kathmandu where you can see
the House of Living
Goddess”KUMARI” Kasthamandup
temple” Said that was built
from single tree in 16th
century, big bell-big drams,
erotic carving in old
temple, old palace etc. We
then finally were
sightseeing to Patan Durbar
Square. Patan Durbar square
is one of the beautiful
Durbars square in Kathmandu
valley. It is very famous
for woodcarving, Metal
works, Temples and
Monasteries. Tour of Patan
includes tour of Krishna
temple, Patan king’s palace,
Golden temple and much more.
Days 03 :
After breakfast we drive to Bhaktapur.
Bhaktapur is one of the
oldest cities in Kathmandu
valley. It is well known as
Living Museum. Old brick
paved enclave of old Royal
palace, Nyathapola Temple,
Datatriya temple exquisite
artwork offers a picture of
the grandeur of medieval
Nepal. It is very famous for
woodcarving and pottery
products. We then proceed on
tour of Changunarayan: This
is one of the oldest Hindu
temples in Kathmandu valley
that exists in the valley
dating back to the 4th
century then evening we
drive to Nagarkot. Nagarkot
is situated (2300m) above
the sea level. This spot
provides an excellent view
of the sunset and Mt.
Everest can be seen on a
clear day.
Days 04 :
Wake up early to watch the
sunrise spectacular down the
first rays of the sun firing
the peaks a hilliest red
slowly lighting of the
Himalayas from Kanchenjunga and
Everest in the far east of
Annapurna and Dhaulagiri in
the west. After breakfast
we'll drive to Dhulikhel.
Which is situated (1700m)
from sea level and 30-kms
north of Kathmandu? This is
perfect place to see the
sunset, sunrise & Himalayan
ranges. Afternoon enjoy the
optional activities such as
hiking to Navabouddha,
Buddhists call it "Tamangligi",
the famous Buddhist spot,
where Lord Buddha (on 7th
re-incarnation) sacrificed
his body to hungry Tigress
and its cubs then return to
hotel.
Days 05 :
Wake up call to see sunrise
and the Himalayan range.
Have a breakfast then our
representative will pick you
up from your hotel then
drive along the Arniko
Highway, will take us to
Kodari (China-Nepal Border).
We cross the Friendship
Bridge at the border & drive
to Zhangmu by jeep (or
truck) where after
completion of immigration
formalities, we will enter
to the Chinese Autonomous
Region & start the first
night in the Tibetan
plateau. We will be staying
at the hotel/guesthouse
nearby Zhanmgu.
Days 06 : From Zhangmu, we
drive to Lhatse, following
the Bhote Koshi River valley
with the plenty of
waterfalls on our eyes. This
route is the most
adventurous route among the
others as it offers the
panoramic views of the high
mountains including the
highest peak Everest (8848m)
with Langtang (7367m),
Xixapangma (8012m), Makalu
(8464m) Lhotse (8516m), Cho
Oyu (8153m). We get chance
to pass by the high passes
like Nyalam Pass (3750 m),
Tong-La (5120m) La Lung-la
(5124m) & Gyatso-la (5220
m). We continue our drive
passing Tingri (4390 m) &
stay at Xegar (also known as
New Tingri,).
Days 07 :
From Xegar, we
continue our drive to
Xigatse, Tibet's
second-largest city, lying
near the union of the Nyang
Chu and the Tsang Po, on the
main route between Gyantse
and West Tibet. It is the
place of famous Tashilumpo
Monastery.
Days 08 :
In Xigatse, we visit
Tashilumpo Monastery, one of
the four great Gelug
monasteries renowned as the
seat of the Panchen Lama
until his death in 1989.
After visiting Tashilunpo
Monastery in the morning
including the Bazaar of
Xigatse, We drive to the
capital of the small kingdom
in 15th century. Gyantse.
Visit Gyantse Kumbum (the
highest Chorten in Tibet) &
Pelkor Chode Monastery
founded in 1418.
Days 09 :
Drive to Lhasa,
crossing the Karo-la Pass
(5045m), we pass by the
Yamdrok Tso, the turquoise
lake & one of the four holy
lakes in Tibet. Then after
passing the Kamba-la Pass
(4794m), we find ourselves
close to the Lhasa Valley.
After crossing the
Brahmaputra River, we reach
Lhasa, our final
destination. Lhasa lies in
the Kyichu river valley at
3,595m and is dominated by
the magnificent Potala
Palace towering above, built
in the 17th century by the
Great Fifth Dalai Lama. The
accompanying guide will
reconfirm your onward
airline ticket
Days 10/11 :
you will be occupied with
sightseeing and excursions
of the Potala Palace (A
great museum with its
proportions and priceless
treasures) Jokhang Temple
(the holiest of Tibetan
shrines, houses two images
of the Buddha brought as
dowry by Songtsen Gampo's
Nepali and Chinese queens)
along the bustling street of
Barkhor Market. In Lhasa,
you will also visit Norbu
Lingka (the summer palace of
the Dalai Lamas), Drepung
and Sera Monasteries.
Days 12 :
Transfer to airport 2-hrs
drive - Representative will
assist you. Departure of
flight for Kathmandu would
be approx 10:00hr. China
Standard time and arriving
Kathmandu at 9:AM Nepal
standard time. Flight Lhasa to Kathmandu takes
1-hour 10 minutes. During
the flight you will see the
following: Yarlung Tsangpo
River, Lake Yamdrok, Mt.
Kanchanjunga (8586m), Mt.
Makalu (8463m) and Mt.
Everest (8848m) If weather
permitting. You have free
day for relax or shopping.
Days 13 : After breakfast you
will have some free time
until the time to leave the
international airport for
your final departure.
