Days 01 :
Arrive at Tribhuwan
international airport,
Kathmandu, you are welcomed
by the hospitable meeting
and then you will be
transferred to your hotel.
Short briefing will be
followed about necessary
formalities and rest of the
program. Depending on
arrival time you will have
choice of visiting nearby
sanctuaries or have a rest
day.
Days 02 :
After breakfast we drive to
Swoyambhunatha stupa has it
that Manjushree, found of
Kathmandu valley, and
discovered the lotus of
ancient valley lake on which
site the great stupa of
swoyambhunath was later
built. The omni sighted
stare of Buddha greets
visitors & residents a like
compassion. This is one of
the oldest Buddhist stupa in
the world, which has been
registered in UNICEOO
heritage side. We then visit
to Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Kathmandu durbar square
situated the center of
Kathmandu where you can see
the House of Living Goddess
”KUMARI” Kasthamandup
temple” Said that was built
from single tree in 16th
century, big bell-big drams,
erotic carving in old
temple, old palace etc. We
then finally were
sightseeing to Patan Durbar
Square. Patan Durbar square
is one of the beautiful
Durbars square in Kathmandu
valley. It is very famous
for woodcarving, Metal
works, Temples and
Monasteries. Tour of Patan
includes tour of Krishna
temple, Patan king’s palace,
Golden temple and much more.
Days 03 :
After breakfast we drive to
Pokhara. We reach in Pokhara
by late afternoon. Enjoy one
of the most beautiful
Himalayan Panoramas in the
world. The Annapurna and
famous "Fishtail" mountain
peak of Machhapuchhare tower
over the tropical setting of
Pokhara and you spend some
time there as the scenic
highlight of your trip. In
the evening you will prepare
yourself for your trek to
Poon Hill.
Days 04 :
After breakfast we drive to
Nayapul via large village of
Lumle and walk about 20
minutes to Birethanti. The
trail follows the main
street of Birethanti, going
through bamboo forests and
past a large waterfall and
swimming hole. Beyond a
pasture used by pony
caravans, the trail reaches
Matathanti where you have
Lunch. After lunch climb
steadily up the side of the
valley, reaching Hile at
(1495m) near by
Tirekhedhunga. Along the
way, various hamlets offer
ample camping possibilities
but if Ghorepani is the
objective for the next day
it is better to push on to
Ulleri.
Days 05 :
After breakfast from
Tirkhedhunga the trail
crosses a stream on a
suspension bridge near the
campsite at Tirkhedhunga.
The trail ascends a steep
stone staircase to the large
Magar village Ulleri at
(2070m.) Above the village
the trail climbs gently
through pastures and
cultivated fields. The
magnificent Rhododendron and
Oak Forest. There is a hut
with water and a small
campsite about 1hr. above
Ulleri. The trail crosses
two sparkling clear streams
before making a short, final
climb to Nangethanti. Your
lunch spot will be
Nangethanti. Thanti is a
Nepali word meaning "rest
house" or "Dharmasala". In
the winter the trail can be
covered with snow. From
Nangethanti about 1hr trek,
climb to Ghorepani at
(2850m.)
Days 06 :
Wake up early in the morning
at 5:30 AM and start to your
journey climb to Poon Hill
(3200m) around 1hr to
provide better unobstructed
views and sunrise over the
high Himalayas. You can see
a lots of White Mountain
peaks from Poon Hill. After
sunrise, we will return to
our camp for the breakfast.
After breakfast we climbing
along the ridge in pine and
rhododendron forests to a
top (3030m) then descend to
at a second pass also called
Deurali, at (3160m). Then
steep descent becomes more
gentle way to reaches
Banthanti and stop for Lunch
from Banthanti, the trail
follow the stream down to a
bridge where the trails
start climbing, leaving the
most high mountain forests
and entering a field of
cane, making some ups and
downs pass to a vantage
point "Tadapani (2640m) that
offers a brief view of the
mountains. Tadapani means,
"Far water". The village
water supply is a long
distance; it takes porters
more than half an hour to
fetch a load of water.
Days 07 :
The Ghandrung trails descend
steeply from Tadapani,
through forests, a short
steep descend among rocks
lead to a stream crossing,
and then the descent
continues gently pass over
streams. Ghandrung a huge
Gurung village at (1940m) is
the second largest Gurung
village in Nepal. Ghandrung
offer a superb view of
Annapurna South, Gangapurna,
Annapurna III and
Machhapuchhare. ACAP has
visitor centre and an office
in Ghandrung and provides
offers information about it
activities.
Days 08 :
From Ghandrung all the way
down hill through village
and terraced fields to
Syauli Bazaar. It takes
approx: 2 hours. Along the
way you can see good views
Annapurna South and
Machhapuchhare too. From
Syauli Bazaar, the trails
follow the Modi River till
Nayapul. Our lunch spot in
Birethati. After lunch you
have very short treks about
20 minutes to Nayapul, catch
our vehicle and drive back
to Pokhara.
Days 09 :
After breakfast takes a
scenic drive to Chitwan, on
the road that follows the
Trisuli River for most of
the distance. Along the
drive to the rafting spot
you will see beautiful
sceneries. Rafting on the
Trisuli River. This River is
very popular as access to
the Prithivi Highway makes
"breaking off" the journey
easy. Trisuli is also an
ideal beginner's River.
After few hours rafting
drive to Chitwan National
Park. Upon arrival, rooms
are assigned and there will
be a short briefing on the
program and facilities of
the Lodge.
Days 10 :
Wake-up calls followed by
tea or coffee, and then
proceed on elephant-back
safari and Nature walk: You
will ride on an elephant to
explore the jungle and
wildlife. You will be able
to see the one-horned
rhinoceros, several types of
deer, monkeys, wild boar,
bison, sloth bear, leopard
and, if lucky, the Royal
Bengal tiger. Nature Walk.
This encounter on foot with
the environment will
introduce the main features
of eastern Chitwan. Sal
forest, open grassland and
reverie jungle. Our guides
will help you identify some
species of birds, plants and
other wildlife that you may
encounter.
Days 11 :
Wake up call followed by tea
or coffee, and then proceeds
on a Bird Watching. The
actual program for your stay
will be given to you on
arrival at Resort / camp.
The activities are adjusted
to the season and weather
conditions. Naturally, it
may not always be possible
to follow this schedule to
the minute and the
circumstances may force us
to alter the program at
short notice. On safari in
the jungle you will be
accompanied by expert
naturalists who will advise
on safety procedures and we
request you to respect their
judgment at all times. If
you wish to stroll in the
forest alone, a guide will
have to accompany you for
your safety.
Days 12 :
After breakfast drive to
Pashupatinath. The holiest
of holy Hindu temple in
south Asia is the focal
point of pilgrimage from all
over the sub-continent. The
holy river Bagmati flowing
nearby is the cremation
ground of the Hindus.
Funeral pyres can be viewed
from across the riverbank.
We then visit to Boudhanath
stupa. Probably the largest
stupa in the world is also
found in Kathmandu valley
the great stupa of
Boudhanath. Again the
omni-sighted eyes of the
Budha stare all the
directions. This stupa is
the place of worship of
Tibetan Buddhists
predominantly. We then drive
to Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Bhaktapur is one of the
oldest cities in Kathmandu
valley. It is well known as
Living Museum. Old brick
paved enclave of old Royal
palace, Nyathapola Temple,
Datatriya temple exquisite
artwork offers a picture of
the grandeur of medieval
Nepal. It is very famous for
woodcarving and pottery
products. Then after we have
short visit to Changunarayan
temple. This is one of the
oldest Hindu temples in
Kathmandu valley that exists
in the valley dating back to
the 4th century.
Days 13 :
After breakfast you will
have some free time until
the time to leave the
international airport for
your final departure.
