day start of Kathmandu's
historical and spiritual key
attractions; including the
historic Kathmndu Durbar Square,
the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambunath)
and then finally visit to Patan
Durbar square which is situated
the heart of the city
constitutes the focus of
visitor's attraction. In the
evening there will be pre-trip
discussion where you can meet
your group leader/guide then you
can ask any questions you may
have.
DAY 03: Biking to Nagarkot
via Bhaktapur: This day we
have uphill road ride through
the pine forests brings us to a
Nagarkot hilltop (2194m) above
sea level. The great panoramic
view point of the Himalayan
peaks. We visit the traditional
Newar pottery village of Thimi
on our way to Nagarkot. A lunch
stop at Bhaktapur, the ancient
city dotted with 16th and 17th
century monuments will bring you
back to the Malla dynasty.
We spend the night at Nagarkot
in one of the many fine hotels
and wake up to have breakfast
with some of the 7000 and 8000
meter mountains such as Langtang,
Ganesh, Dorje Lakpa, Gauri
Shankar and even Everest from a
distance.
DAY 04: Biking to Dhulikhel
via Sankhu: After sunrise
views we have breakfast at
Nagarkot then we ride down the
ultimate downhill trail for
nearly 10-km to Sankhu, another
ancient town at the outskirts of
Kathmandu. Then continue our
biking trip to Dhulikhel
descending through ‘Nala’ an old
Newari village, rich with
traditional architecture and
‘Banepa’ a busy town, market for
several villages nearby. We will
reach Dhulikhel, (2140m)
situated at 32-kms east of
Kathmandu. Dhulikhel is yet
another vista point which offers

perspective than from Nagarkot
Hill. Dhulikhel is also the
gateway to the road network that
stretches into Tibet and the
other eastern towns in Nepal.
DAY 05: Biking to Namo
Buddha: The trail starts
with a nice climb to Kali temple
and gradually reaches to Namo
Buddha. (Buddhist Monastery),

the mountain bike all the time.
After picnic lunch atop the
monastery we ride back down to
Dhulikhel and check into the
resort.

Bhanjyang’. A perfect
destination for awe-inspiring
