Booking Terms & condition
Nepal Adventure Point is fully licensed and
registered in various department of Government
of Nepal and accepts your booking under the
following terms and conditions. All the
Travellers must agree following “Terms &
Conditions” before booking any trip with Nepal
Adventure Point, so we encourage you to read
them very carefully.
The following booking terms and conditions apply
to all trips organizers with Nepal Adventure
Point.
Booking procedure: Complete the booking
form below and forward with a deposit of US$ 300
(Non Refundable) while the trip is confirmed by
the client, since it is a proof that you are
sure to attempt the trip with Nepal Adventure
Point. It should be done as alluded so that our
company can manage all the necessary documents,
bookings, permissions from Government
authorities and timely managed of required field
staffs. Confirmation of bookings will be sent
immediately. The balance of the trip payment
must be made 5 weeks before the trip departure.

Note:Bank service charge should be paid by the
clients themselves at the time of money

Traveller require: Traveller must carry a
valid travel document i.e. Passport, visa,
Re-Entry Permit etc. Nepal Adventure Point is
not responsible for lost or stolen personal
items and also will not be responsible for any
liability due to travel document. Once
programmed is booked clients are requested to
send us the following details 3 weeks before you
arrival to Kathmandu.

Booking Payment: Final communicates
between clients & the company’s the confirmation
bookings should be made in written form by fax,
e-mail or online submission. The booking will be
confirmed as soon as possible by e-mail. Please
be notifying that paying by credit card costs
you 3.5% extra.
Cancellation by clients: If you cancel
your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
However, provided you notify us of your
cancellation before your final payment is due;
your deposit may be transferred to another trip
listed on our website at any time period.
Balance amount: If your balance is not
paid at the specified time (unless previously
arranged with us in writing) we reserve the
right to cancel your booking.
Cancellation charges: We charge you
certain cancellation fee if you cancel your
booking after you have paid following charges
are applicable.
- Within 5 weeks prior before departure 0% but
deposit amount non-refundable.
- Within 4 weeks before departure 15%
- Within 3 weeks before departure 20%
- Within 2 weeks before departure 30%
- With in 1 week before departure 40%
- 100% cancellation charge will be applied for
no shows unless the take the same program at a
later date no later than 30 day’s from the
previous booking.
Cancellation by us: Should we cancel a
booked trip due to unforeseen circumstances like
war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable
climate etc. We would be happy to refer an
alternative tour with similar standard. If the
clients are not satisfied with this, all money
paid by the clients will be refunded. Any other
expenses incurred by the clients as a result of
this booking are entirely their responsibility.
Breaking of trip: Any trip can be broken
at the wish of our clients or in case of
sickness, accident, landslides, and other
factors beyond our control. No refund will be
made to clients who drop out from the journey
regardless of whatever portions remain unused in
the itinerary and clients should be bearing
his/her expenses for rest of days.
Agree to accept: While travelling with
Nepal Adventure Point you agree to accept the
authority of the trip leader or local operator
at all times. Moreover the clients acknowledge
and agree that the trip leader has full
authority over the trip itinerary, including
without limitation, alterations to the schedule,
location of overnight lodging locations, and
amount of time spent at each destination. In the
event the clients have a concern about their
trip, they should notify their trip leader of
such concern. Additionally, the trip leader may
remove clients from the trip for any reason that
may negatively effect or cause interruption to
the tour experience, including without
limitation, behavior that may cause harm or
danger to another travellers or third party. You
have to understand that Nepal Adventure Point
reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain
any person as a member of the group at any time.
Complains: If you have complaints about
the trip, you can tell to operator/leader/guide
at the earliest opportunity then she/he will
take the appropriate action so complains should
occur should be cleared before departure.
Risk & responsibility: Your safety and
enjoyment is our prime concern. We therefore
carry out our responsibility honestly &
sincerely to ensure your holiday trouble, free
as well as you have desired. Nevertheless,
unless stated otherwise, trip may be change
under uncertain and inherent circumstances such
as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow,
political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay
arrival, sickness, accidents, any other causes
beyond Nepal Adventure Point’s control. Any
extra cost incurring there is your personal
responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Your personal belongings: On any account,
we are not answerable for any loss or damage of
your luggage or property belonging to you even
when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles.
That means your personal possessions, luggage
are at your risk at the times.
Helicopter Rescue: A helicopter will be
chartered from Kathmandu to rescue the
travellers who is inside Nepal and if she/he is
sick due to altitude, accident, etc. The clients
must pay the cost of rescue operation including
medical treatment expenses and extra porter etc.
she/he can claim the amount with her/his
insurance company. The company may ask the
traveller to sign a blank sales slip of her/his
credit card for the probable Helicopter rescue.
At the end of journey the signed sales slip will
be returned to her/him if no rescue is required.
Client’s Obligation: It is the client’s
own responsibility to obtain passport & travel
visa. The passport should be valid for at least
6 months beyond the intended return date. The
clients are responsible for providing Nepal
Adventure Point with correct, complete and
accurate information regarding personal details
including physical disabilities.
Flight delay: There is virtually
possibility of flight delay or postponement for
notorious weather in Himalayan regions which
could be happened, in particular, in Everest
region Jomsom, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region
in Nepal. Trekking in the remote areas or in as
described above, especially during odd season,
the clients are highly advised to reserve extra
days to prepare with some delays and avoid
frustrating consequence. Nepal Adventure Point
does not accept any responsibility for costs
incurred as a result of missed international
flight connection but will assist to make
alternative arrangements where possible but
clients need to pay their accommodation and food
by themselves.
Single traveller: All of our trips,
rooms/tents are provided in twin sharing basis.
Thus, single room supplement charge will be
imposed to client who does not have another tour
participant to share room/ tent with suitable
roommates. You can ask single supplement charge
during correspondence.
Trip organizer: The trip is organized by
Nepal Adventure Point Pvt. Ltd., G.P.O. Box

These conditions shall be governed by and
constructed in accordance with the law of Nepal.
Booking amendments: If you wish to change
your original arrangement any way to another
date, you must inform us in writing as soon as
possible no later than 30 days prior to the
commencement of original trip and we will
accommodate your request to the best of our
ability. Surcharges may apply.
Last minute booking: We accept your last
minute booking with 100% payment (07 days prior
to trip starting date only in case of Nepal
trips, but last minute booking will not be
accept for Tibet & Bhutan).
