All organized NAP trips include:
- Pre-trip consultations with a detailed list of what is required for the trip
- An English speaking leader who is based in Nepal, Tibet, Sikkim and
- Bhutan and is experienced and knowledgeable in the natural history and culture of the area you travel.
- Support crew of Sherpas, porters, cooks, horsemen and packers are provided as necessary —you only carry a day pack with your essentials!
- Yaks, porters or horses are provided as necessary to carry gear.
- Group trekking equipment: tents, tables, stoves, latrine and group supplies.
- Safety is our number one priority while traveling in this region. Hence we use the best available transportation with mature and experienced drivers which is very important for the long drives and hilly terrain.
- Accommodations are shared and based on double occupancy.
- Single accommodations are an additional cost and subject to availability.
- Three daily meals are generally provided throughout the trek unless otherwise specified in the trip description.

Government Authorized: Nepal Adventure Point is a government licensed company based in hubbub of Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. The company has been permitted to launch any kind of Trekking, Mountaineering, Tours, River Rafting, Ticketing and other possible adventure as scheduled by the Tourism Industrial Division of Nepal, since it has been licensed by Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation; Government of Nepal.

Friendly and responsible staff: All the trips are managed by professionally trained Group leader/guide, cook and camp helpers. Most of them are from high Sherpa-land who has been in trekking and mountaineering profession from generations. Many of our famous Sherpa Mountain guides have done summit over 8,000m peaks and have experiences in high mountain passes. They are well trained about the high altitude sickness, safety measures and environmental aspects though they will make you happy and enjoyable during your trips period in the Himalayas and you will return home with lots of unforgettable memories in your lifetime. Our office staffs are all trained tourism professionals who aim to provide you with a seamless holiday in Nepal.

Tailor-made journeys: Beside suggested journeys, we made superb tailor- made journeys according your need. If you would like to visit any particular destination or carry out any activity which is outside the list of options, feel free to mix and match or to change the itinerary to suit your preferred schedule, particular interests, group size and precise budget.

Small Group Size: In order to keep group sizes small we limit our group departure treks to a minimum 2 upto maximum of 16 participants though normally most groups operate with between 2 - 8 clients.

Insurance: We also take pride in the fact that every single employed by Nepal Adventure Point is not only providing good food, a good wage and well equipments but they are also protected by a life insurance policy.

Emergency Rescue Operation: We lay-on helicopter rescue facilities in an emergency. For serious medical emergencies when a patient can't walk or be carried out, a helicopter rescue can be arranged by Nepal Adventure Point. The helicopter company's must receive assurance of payment before it dispatches a flight. This will be provided by Nepal Adventure Point but we need to contact to your Embassy and family in advance. Once the helicopter takes off, you are liable for the costs even if it doesn't find you.

Our major precautions while arranging your trips are:
Safety - Before you leave home, we help you prepare, with concise information about the terrain, the climate, local customs, etc. You can enjoy the sometimes high altitude conditions without discomfort as our guides have been trained in mountain safety and first aid procedures. We are in constant communication with our field offices and monitor all aspects of government policy and weather that may affect your trip. We are on-call 24 hours a day. You can rest assured that Nepal Adventure Point has one of the best safety records anywhere. In the unlikely event of an emergency, helicopter rescue is available during treks and expeditions.

Cuisine - We provide fresh, hygienically prepared food served by our private cooks during trekking, expeditions & safaris. You can have Nepali, Chinese, Italian and as well as Western meals. Beverages include coffee, hot chocolate, tea and Nepali tea. Our locally produced food is free of chemicals and pesticides.

Health & Comfort - We pay attentions to your level of physical fitness and your appetite for endurance and adventure, and plan your itinerary accordingly. If you are part of a group, we do our best to ensure that you are neither over stretched nor held back by incompatible companions.

Equipment - Our equipment is state of the art and carefully maintained. For example, we use the superb North Face VE-25 tent and have the latest bikes, rafts and trekking equipment.

Accommodation - Both in the cities and outlying areas, we have long- standing relationships with the owners and managements in the network of hotels and inns in Nepal, Tibet, India, Bhutan and China, and can arrange excellent accommodation at advantageous tariffs, from simple accommodation in remote villages to the five star hotels of main cities like Kathmandu, Lhasa, Delhi, Shanghai, Chengdu etc.

Environmental Concerns - Camping is the preferred way to enjoy one of the most beautiful and fragile spots on earth, because it allows you to be close to nature. Your sensitivity for your surrounding will influence others and your team will help with these simple guidelines.
- Do not leave anything except your footprints on the trail, and do not take away anything except photos.
- Use bio-degradable or burnable disposables.
- Do not leave waste burning on a site. Bag and remove plastic and tins for disposal later.
- Ensure that toilets are dug at least 50 meters from the camp, and cover with earth on departure.
